Zulfu Agirbas is the Principal and Founder of Mithras.  With nearly fifty years of working in hospitality, and previously associated with creating the Kebab King and Doneagles brands of restaurants.  Mithras and it's customers are in good hands.  

Our Restaurant Manager is Ekrem, who will ensure your visit will be a great experience.  Ekrem's past positions included The Savoy, London and Chapter One in Orpington. 
 

Mehmet is our Head Chef, who has 28 years experience of creating fine culinary dishes.

"My passion is good food".

This is Riyad, our Gourmet Chef, who worked in a top restaurant such as Ciragan Saray in Turkey prior to working in London since 1998.
